What is it?

Invisalign is a clear aligner system we use to move your teeth into a great position for your smile and bite.

How does it work?

Prior to treatment, we take scans and photos and do a full digital assessment of your smile. Invisalign is great because you can see your end result before you get started, and we plan this out together to get the best result. After the digital planning, we order aligners that gradually move your teeth to the desired position.

Is it safe?

Invisalign is a safe and predictable way to move the teeth. Before you start treatment, we make sure there are no issues that would prevent you from undergoing treatment, and monitor you carefully throughout. Your teeth will always want to move back following treatment. We advise you to sleep in retainers to prevent this.

How long do i have to wear each aligner for and how many aligners in total?

Each aligner is roughly 7-14 days and the number of aligners is specific to how much movement you require. Aligners are clear so extremely discreet, and feel like normal after a few days adjustment period.

How often do I need to visit the clinic?

We would usually see each other every 6-8 weeks to monitor your progress. If you have travelling commitments, we can work around that.
